Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) has demanded Nancy Pelosi to be investigated over her role behind the violence that occurred during the January 6 protest. In an interview on Sunday, the representative from Ohio urged Pelosi to testify before her own January 6 commission.

Jordan added the house speaker must answer why there wasn’t better security at the Capitol during the protest. Pelosi’s job has granted her immense power over how Capitol police and national guardsmen were deployed.

Critics condemned her seemingly neglectful preparation for possible violence on January 6.

“Pelosi’s office had previously impressed upon the Sergeant of Arms Paul Irving that the National Guard was to remain off Capitol grounds,” he discussed. “Irving told House administration discussions centered around the quote ‘optics.’”

What you won’t hear from Pelosi’s sham committee:

Why was the Capitol left so vulnerable that day?
Why wasn't the National Guard here?
Why didn’t we have a better security posture?
What changes are needed to make sure it never happens again? https://t.co/OSGF6PQx3s

Jordan went on to say Pelosi’s commission was a partisan effort that was not seeking to reveal the truth.
